Meet the Town Board

 

Robert Barley Jr,

Robert Barley, Jr. won election to the Henrietta Town Board in November 2017 and again in 2023. He has been in investment planning for more than 30 years and owns his own investment practice, MDR Investment Management. Barley is a former member of the Zoning Board of Appeals for the Town of Henrietta. He also played an integral role in the Rush-Henrietta Basketball and Football programs, including serving as their announcer.

Mike Stafford

Michael Stafford won election to the Henrietta Town Board in November 2017 and again in 2023. He is President of the Graphic Communications Conference of the Teamsters Local 503M, representing workers in the printing industry in Western and Central New York. In addition, Stafford is a Trustee on the Inter Local Pension Fund, a defined pension plan for retirees with more than $1 billion in assets. He also coaches RHAA Little League baseball.

Kristina Owens

Kristina Owens is a proud Latina, scientist, and educator deeply rooted in Henrietta and elected in 2025. With over 10 years of experience protecting U.S. agriculture as a molecular biologist at the USDA, Kristina is representing the Town to the Sustainability committee and the Conservation committee. She advocates for affordable housing, walkability, and sustainability. In addition, Kristina is a Peace Corps alum & RTA / NYSUT union delegate.

Millie Sefrranek

Millie Sefranek is a mom and long-term resident of Henrietta with years of experience managing large scale projects and advocating for her community. Elected in 2019 and 2025, Millie has also served on key school and Town committees for budgets and planning. Millie is committed to safer streets in Henrietta and has been a key member in establishing the Diversity Committee.
