As required by the rules of the Henrietta Democratic Committee and the Monroe County Democratic
Committee, this serves as notice that the 2026 Reorganizational Meeting of the Henrietta Democratic
Committee will take place as noted above. One proxy vote per person is allowed.
At this meeting, the Henrietta Democratic Committee will be holding elections for the Offices of:
• Town Leader
• Assistant Town Leader
• Secretary
• Treasurer
This notice was sent to everyone who is currently a member of HDC, only HDC members may vote.
As quorum is required for this meeting, you are strongly encouraged to attend

Our meetings are open to all Democrats, though only committee members are allowed to formally vote on business decisions.
