Attend Citizen Action Group on June 16 in lieu of our regular meeting

We are canceling our regularly scheduled meeting (normally the third Thursday of each month) on June 16 and encouraging our members to attend the meeting for the Citizen's Action Group of the Southwest Quadrant. The meeting will be from 7-9pm at St. Peter's Episcopal Church, 3825 East Henrietta Road.

The Town of Henrietta is proposing a to rezone 9.6 square miles of land and natural habitat along Middle Road, Martin Road, Telephone Road, Town Line Road, Erie Station Road, and
East River Road from "Rural Residential/Agricultural" to "Industrial/Developed." The meeting will be an opportunity to learn more about the issue, how it could impact your property, and ways you can get involved.

The Citizen’s Action Group is a nonprofit community group formed with the express purpose of
preventing the Town of Henrietta’s Southwest Quadrant rezoning plans. Visit their website at www.citizens4swq.org to find out more.

Designation meeting on April 21

Thursday, April 21, 2016 will be our next meeting at the Rush-Henrietta Transportation & Operations Center, 1133 Lehigh Station Road in Henrietta. We're resuming our monthly on the third Thursday, from 7-8 p.m.

This will be a Designation Meeting where we will vote to endorse candidates. It is important for all committee members to attend for quorum and so that your voice is heard.

New Democrats are always welcome to attend. We aim to respect your time and limit meetings to just one hour.
