Yesterday, charges were dropped against former Henrietta Supervisor Mike Yudelson. The allegations were brought by current Supervisor Jack Moore, a Republican and Yudelson’s opponent in the 2013 election.
What’s truly shocking about this case is that Supervisor Moore used thousands in taxpayer dollars to hire a campaign worker who was given access to personal and financial information about Henrietta residents. Computer hard drives and copier software were taken from Town Hall and stored at someone's home for weeks.
"By giving him access to the town's computer records also exposed confidential records that's stored about people in town," said Yudelson in an exclusive interview with 13 WHAM TV. "That concerns me a lot."
